    The Wellness Day Retreat immersion is designed to assist individuals to nurture a “Sanctuary Within” by disconnecting from a highly connected world and offering ways to reconnect to their inner wisdom. The day retreat includes breakfast, Holistic Class and access to the campus contemplation destinations to support body-mind-spirit and connection to nature to help enhance one’s quality of life. The beautiful 54-acre Smoke-Pet-TV-Clock-Free campus offers additional overnight retreats and is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains along the French Broad River in Asheville, NC.

    Receive schedule
    Wellness Day Retreat Lanyards are required for Participants
    Participants will sign a new student waiver
    8:30a-9:30a Breakfast: A healthy, locally-sourced breakfast
    9:30a-10:30a Daily Holistic: Join a class such as yoga, tai chi, and qi gong ( Oct. 11 Pangu Yoga with Anisha Desai Fraser)
    10:45-11:15a Orientation: Campus tour and discussion with Mary Liske, OMS Wellness Coordinator
    12:00p Noontime Meditation: Meet faculty in lobby for a centering class
    12:20- 2:30p Personal Contemplation Time: This session is free time offering retreatants access to additional programing with time to explore the surrounding areas and the campus contemplative destinations, such as:

    20% off Wellness Treatments or Private Sessions maybe added to enhance the retreatant experience (By reservation/Practitioner availability/At an additional fee).
